Before placing your order, do one of the following:

2. Click on 'Request a custom order', underneath the product image, on the product page.
3. Or contact me via Etsy Messages.

Since we use standard delivery companies to deliver our packages, we cannot be responsible for an order that has been marked “Delivered” by a carrier, but has not been received. However, we will work with you to get a replacement!

But first we need your help before you contact us:

1. Verify the shipping address you provided in your order.
2. Check with anyone in your household that could’ve received the package or any place the package could’ve been left, including your neighbors.
3. Contact the delivery company to verify the delivery location, as they can pull GPS coordinates to verify delivery location.
4. File a missing package report & contact your authorities.
5. 7 business days should pass after order was "delivered".

Unfortunately we cannot include a personal gift message since our products are professionally printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

No, unfortunately the address cannot be changed once the order starts processing. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address with your order.

*Personalized Orders:

Most of our items allow for personalization. This means you provide the information that makes it personal - whether that is a Name, Names and/ or Dates, etc. Please provide every word of the desired personalized information. Your personalization will only replace the sample name in the design... THE DESIGN REMAINS THE SAME AS PICTURED.
